GETTING PAID

Get paid on your own site not on someone else's checkout

If getting paid means sending people somewhere else, you lose the sale you already earned. Payments, deposits, invoices and estimates belong on your own domain.
WHAT IT TAKES

The parts that matter and the ones that quietly cost you

Checkout on your domain
Customers pay on your site, under your name, not a third-party page.
Straight to your account
Card and local payment methods settling directly to you.
Estimates that become invoices
Quote the job, the customer approves online, it becomes an invoice and gets paid.
Deposits up front
Take part of the money before the work starts, not after chasing.
Only the processor rate
The standard card fee and nothing added on top of it.
Receipts handled
Confirmations and receipts sent automatically, in the right language.
HOW WE DO IT

Three steps, built for you

Tell us what the site has to do
The jobs it must actually perform, not a list of pages.
We design and build it
The front of the site and the system behind it, wired together and tested.
You commit to it
We text you the design quote and the monthly cost before you commit to anything.
QUESTIONS

Before you ask

Take them on your own site through a standard processor and add nothing on top. The expensive setups are the ones that add a platform percentage to the card rate.
Yes. An estimate the customer approves online, which becomes an invoice with a pay-by-card link, removes most of the chasing.
Your site is created by top Instinctor designers (Instinctor is a design awards nominee) for a one-time fee from $100, or from $200 for an online store or restaurant. We text you the design quote and the monthly cost before you commit to anything. No setup fee, no per-booking fees, no cut of your payments.
It is $35 a month and it is optional. It covers the ongoing work of being found: position checks, content that answers what people are actually searching for, and the profile and technical work behind it. Every action is performed by hand, not by a tool. Two of the sites we manage reached the first page of Google within a few months.
Yes. You see the completed website, built with your own content and your own photographs, before anything is published. Nothing goes live until you have looked at it and said so.
