Automatic replies

When a visitor sends a message, the chat system generates a reply based on your store profile: your business name, industry, services, and the tone you set in settings. It answers common questions about hours, pricing, and services without any action from you.

Admin inbox

Every conversation is stored in the admin inbox. You can read the full thread, reply as yourself, or leave the automated replies running. There is no separate app to install.

SMS and WhatsApp forwarding

New messages can be forwarded to a phone number via SMS or WhatsApp. You get a notification the moment a visitor writes, and you can reply from your phone without opening the admin panel.

Take over any conversation

If automated replies are not suitable for a specific visitor, you can take over the conversation manually. Your reply goes through the same chat widget on their screen.

Email notifications

New conversations trigger an email notification to the site owner. The notification includes the visitor's first message so you can decide whether to respond immediately.

No third-party chat service

Conversations are stored on your server, not on an external platform. There is no monthly fee for the chat feature beyond the Instinctor platform subscription.
