Instinctor is a web production platform built around the Impulse visual builder. It combines a cinematic, full-screen page builder with ecommerce, smart chat, analytics, and SEO tools in a single system. Every page is composed of full-viewport screens rendered with WebGL and CSS 3D transforms. Instinctor runs as a standalone web application or as a WordPress plugin.
Instinctor is built around full-screen cinematic sections rather than flowing column layouts. Each section fills the viewport with depth, motion, and environment effects that standard page builders cannot produce. Instinctor also bundles ecommerce, bookings, smart chat, and a form builder natively, so you do not need third-party plugins for those features. The standalone mode runs without WordPress entirely, which means faster page loads and a simpler server setup.
No. Instinctor runs in two modes. Standalone mode is a self-contained PHP application with its own database, routing, media management, and admin panel. No WordPress installation is required. WordPress plugin mode adds Instinctor to an existing WordPress site as a plugin. Both modes share the same editor, blocks, and feature set.
The platform subscription is $29.90 per month. This covers the builder, ecommerce, smart chat, SEO tools, and all future updates. There are no transaction fees on sales you make through Instinctor. Standalone installs require a VPS or shared hosting with PHP 8.1+ and MySQL.
For the WordPress plugin, any host that runs PHP 8.1+ and MySQL 5.7+ works. For standalone mode, you need a VPS or cloud server where you can configure an nginx or Apache virtual host pointing to the Instinctor directory. A $6/month VPS is sufficient for most small business sites.
Impulse is the visual page builder inside Instinctor. It uses a drag-and-drop interface with a live preview iframe. Each page is a sequence of full-screen sections. You can add images with real-time depth effects, kinetic text animations, environment overlays (clouds, particles, aurora, lava), product grids, contact forms, booking calendars, and more. Changes appear in the preview instantly.
Impulse includes: title (heading with animatable text), image (with optional depth/parallax/3D effect), rows and columns, grid (for cards, product listings, and galleries), modal, contact form, products, booking, services, table, icon cards, header, and footer. Each block has device-specific settings so you can configure desktop, tablet, and mobile layouts independently.
Instinctor renders WebGL environments behind each section, including: clouds, aurora, plasma, lava, fireflies, starfield, fog, and rain. Images can have a depth map applied, turning a flat photo into a parallax 3D scene that responds to scroll and mouse movement. Kinetic text supports animations like wave, glitch, scramble, and typewriter. All effects run at 60fps and degrade gracefully on devices without WebGL support.
Yes. Instinctor includes a native ecommerce system with physical and digital products, variable products, a shopping cart, checkout, Stripe payments, and order management. You can display products in grid, list, carousel, or menu (restaurant-style) layouts. No WooCommerce or external plugin is required.
Smart chat adds a chat widget to your site that uses AI to answer visitor questions based on your store profile and content. Conversations are stored in the admin inbox. The system can also forward messages to SMS or WhatsApp and send email notifications. You can take over any conversation manually from the admin panel.
Yes. The booking block lets visitors select a service, pick a date and time from an availability calendar, and complete a booking. Bookings appear in the admin panel with status management. The system sends confirmation emails to both the customer and the site owner.
Yes. Instinctor supports membership products with recurring billing through Stripe. Members get an account page with billing management. Membership-only content can be gated behind login.
Instinctor generates XML sitemaps for pages, products, and documentation. Each page has individual SEO settings including title, meta description, Open Graph image, noindex control, and canonical URL. The platform also outputs JSON-LD schema markup for products and articles. A robots.txt generator is included.
Instagent is the AI section generator built into the Impulse editor. You describe the section you want (a hero, a features grid, a team section), and Instagent generates a complete element tree with copy written in your brand voice. It reads your store profile (industry, audience, tone, value proposition) to produce on-brand output. You can also use Instagent to rewrite an existing section by right-clicking it and choosing "Edit with Instagent."
Yes. Instinctor pays affiliates $10 per month for every subscriber they refer, for the lifetime of that subscription. The attribution window is 90 days. Anyone can join by signing up at platform.instinctor.com.
Yes. Each client site can run as its own standalone install with a separate database, domain, and admin panel. The builder, ecommerce, and chat features are available on every install. There is no per-site licensing fee beyond the platform subscription.
Yes. Every block in Impulse has separate settings for desktop, tablet, and mobile. The frontend reads per-device settings from the database directly rather than relying on CSS media queries, so layout, font sizes, and spacing can differ completely between screen sizes. The editor has a device preview toggle to inspect each breakpoint.

Instinctor requires PHP 8.1 or higher and MySQL 5.7 or higher (MySQL 8.0 recommended). The WordPress plugin requires WordPress 6.0 or higher. For standalone mode, nginx is recommended with PHP-FPM. A minimum of 256MB PHP memory limit is recommended for the image depth generation feature.
