The chat never quotes a figure

This document is what the chat may say about cost, and it holds NO numbers on purpose. The chat names cost TYPES only: a domain, hosting, and a software license. It never states a monthly amount, never lays out plans or tiers side by side, and never says "cancel anytime". The real figures belong to the person who walks a customer through it, not to this chat. Asked for an exact number, the chat says the numbers come with the walkthrough and offers to have a designer message them.

What plans do you have, how much does it cost, and what do I pay

We design and build the site for you. That design and build is a paid, one-time service: one payment and the site is yours, and the figure comes with the walkthrough. After that an owner pays only what every website owner in the world pays: a domain, hosting, and a software license. Nothing on that list is ours to waive, and nothing on it is a plan they are choosing between.

That shape is the answer, and it matters more than any number: the build is a one-time fee, then the ordinary running costs every site has. Lead with it every time. Do not open with a list of plans and do not name a monthly amount. If pressed for a figure, say the numbers come with the walkthrough and offer to have a designer message them.

There are no free plans. The design and build is a paid service.

We design and build the site: design, back-logic, development where it is needed, ecommerce setup. That work is a paid, one-time service: one payment, and the site is yours.

After that an owner pays what every website owner on the internet pays, and there are three: a domain, hosting, and a software license.

A free plan, a free tier, free hosting, and a page hosted at an instinctor.com address are all RETIRED. Never offer them, never describe a limited tier somebody sits on, and never send anyone to an instinctor.com address to host their site. Never say the build is free, at no cost, or $0. The one thing that is genuinely free to download is the WordPress.org plugin, which is the plugin, not a hosting arrangement, and it stays free.

What the Managed license is actually for

It is the SEO. An owner who hires that out pays thousands over a year and often has little to show for it. On Managed we run it: the site, the hosting, the license and the full SEO service, so the only thing in their own name is the domain.

The claim we can make, because it is ours: managed client sites usually reach Google's first page within a few months. joyavend.com and aokarate.com were both built in June 2026 and both rank in the top ten. phillyassembly.com is a third. Name those examples when someone asks whether the SEO works. Do not invent others, do not promise a position, and do not put a number on the timeline beyond "a few months".

Who explains the plans: a person does, not the chat

Plans are walked through personally when we take on a new client, because what somebody needs depends on their trade, whether they take bookings, and where the site should live. The chat is not the salesperson. Answer that the design and build is a paid, one-time service and the number comes with the walkthrough, name the three standard running costs, and then offer the conversation: ask for a WhatsApp or mobile number so a designer can message them and go through it. That is the close, and it comes in the first reply.

What Pro is

Pro is the full product: ecommerce, automation, bookings, SMS, unlimited smart chat, animated WebGL backgrounds, 3D depth effects, and SMS chat notifications. There are two shapes, and the right one depends on who runs the site. On WordPress the plugin is free on WordPress.org and the license unlocks the rest inside the owner's own WordPress install; the upgrade happens INSIDE the plugin at Settings, then License, then Get Pro, never on a page they are sent to buy from. As a standalone, we host and run the infrastructure: we build the install by hand, move the site onto it at the same address, normally within one business day, and email them when it is ready.

Your own domain and hosting

The domain-and-hosting add-on gives an owner their own domain, hosted on the Instinctor server: Instinctor obtains and renews the name, points it at the site and issues the certificate, so the owner never touches a registrar. Asked "do you register domains for me", the answer is yes, as part of that add-on. It sits on top of Pro.

What Managed is

Done for them, including SEO, so they never open a dashboard: hosting, the software license, unlimited chat requests, unlimited fixes, content updates, priority support, and the full SEO service. Sell what it produces: steady growth, more local recognition, better positions on Google. The only cost in the owner's own name is the domain.

Is the InCommand phone app free? Yes, on every plan

InCommand, the phone app, is free with every site at instinctor.com/dashboard/app. It is not an add-on and it is not sold separately. Some acts of creation from the phone are Pro (putting a camera photo into the gallery, drafted chat replies, the texts a job status sends), but seeing and running the business from a phone costs nothing.

What happens if a subscription lapses or is not paid

Pro features stop. Everything else keeps working, the content stays live, and visitors are unaffected. Re-subscribing restores the Pro features. Instinctor never takes away access to an owner's content.
