The owner dashboard (hosted sites)
Sites published free at instinctor.com/your-name come with an owner dashboard at instinctor.com/dashboard. Owners sign in at instinctor.com/admin/login with the email they published with. The dashboard is the one place a hosted owner manages their business: hosted owners do not use /admin, the Store panel, or the page builder tabs.
Opening hours
Settings, then the Opening hours grid: seven rows, one per day, each with an open/closed toggle and start and end time pickers. Saving updates the site's hours block, the booking time slots, and the hours Google reads, all at once. There is no free-text hours field.
Business details
Settings also holds the business name, one-line description, phone, contact email, street address, city, ZIP, price range, social links, and the Google Maps link for the map pin. The address and phone shown on the site come from here.
Get reviews
Two halves. Ask for reviews: paste the Google review short link once (Google Business Profile app, Ask for reviews), then text any customer a one-tap review link the moment a job ends (texting is Pro). Reviews on your site: paste up to six real reviews, word for word, with a star rating; they replace the sample reviews on the site the moment they are saved.
Quote requests (home services)
Every price request from the site lands here with the visitor's name, phone, note, and photos. Price this job opens the quote editor: labour by the hour or one price for the whole job, parts and materials, tax, deposit, a live total, and See what they see to preview or print the customer's copy. Sending the quote by text, their phone approval, and the automatic invoice are Pro.
Bookings and team (salons, studios, instructors)
Bookings shows the calendar of appointments. Your team manages names, roles, and photos; whoever is listed appears on the site and the booking page automatically.
Chats and Smart chat
Chats is the inbox for website messages. Smart chat configures the AI assistant that answers visitors (30 automatic answers a month free, unlimited on Pro).
QR code
Generates a QR that opens the site's live address. Website mode always; Booking page mode when the site takes bookings. PNG and SVG downloads are print-resolution, and the code keeps working after redesigns because the address never changes.

The phone app (InCommand, on iPhone and Android)
The same dashboard runs as an app on the owner's phone at instinctor.com/dashboard/app, called InCommand. It is free with every site, on every plan, and there is nothing to download from an app store: open it on the phone and add it to the home screen (iPhone: Share, then Add to Home Screen. Android: menu, then Install app). It then opens full screen under the owner's own business name and icon, stays signed in, and screens already opened keep working without signal.
What it does: Today (the numbers that matter this morning, and a Needs-you list), Bookings or Requests depending on the trade, Chats, Your prices, and the QR code. From a booking the owner can confirm, decline, move it to another day (the client is told automatically) or close a whole day. From a chat they can reply, and Pro owners can have a reply drafted from their own business details. Pro owners can also put a photo straight from the camera into the site's gallery.
Building the site stays on the computer: the My site tab opens the editor, but the app is for running the business, not designing it. Full walkthrough: recipes/phone-app.md.
Upgrading to Pro
Pro is $29.90/month from the Upgrade button. Texting, quote sending, and unlimited smart chat switch on within minutes of paying. Instinctor then builds the owner's full standalone installation by hand and moves the site onto it at the same address, normally within one business day; the owner is emailed when it is ready. After that move the owner manages the site through the full Instinctor admin.
