What Instinctor does

Instinctor lets you build, publish, and manage a website without assembling separate tools for each function. The Impulse visual builder handles page design. The platform handles hosting, ecommerce, AI customer chat, and SEO. Everything runs from one dashboard.

Sites live at instinctor.com/yourname/yourpage or on a custom domain. No server setup required.

The platform assumes some familiarity with web design concepts. It is not aimed at complete beginners.

The two modes

Standalone: The site is hosted entirely on Instinctor's platform. No WordPress required. The site lives at instinctor.com/:user/:slug and you work through platform.instinctor.com. This is the primary mode.

WordPress plugin: Instinctor runs as a plugin on an existing WordPress installation. The Impulse builder is free; advanced rendering, AI chat, and SEO tools require a Pro license ($29.90/month).

The platform license covers:

Impulse visual builder with 3D and motion effects
Full ecommerce: products, checkout, orders
Instagent AI chat: handles customer questions and booking automatically
SEO workspace: meta tags, sitemap, structured data
Hosting on Instinctor's servers
No per-feature paywalls beyond the license itself

The no-hostage principle

Instinctor does not lock sites behind the subscription in a way that breaks the page if payment lapses. A lapsed subscription degrades advanced features gracefully; the site does not go blank. Client data belongs to the client. This is a deliberate design decision, not a marketing claim.

Instagent: AI built into the platform

Every site on the platform can enable Instagent, an AI chat layer that answers customer questions, checks appointment availability, routes booking requests, and escalates to a human agent when needed. It connects to the site's store data in real time. No third-party chat service required.

Support packs

The Instinctor team offers support packs: structured engagements (1, 3, or 6 months) that include site build, training, and ongoing support. The platform handles billing and request classification. After the pack ends, the client runs the site themselves on the standard $29.90/month license.
