Instinctor features: InCommand: the business in the owner's pocket

Every feature below exists in the product. Items marked (Pro) need Pro to run or to publish: in the editor everyone can use them.

InCommand: overview

An app for the owner's phone, included with every Instinctor site. Installs from the browser to the home screen, no app store. Opens full screen with the business name on the icon, and screens already opened keep working when the signal drops.

InCommand: today

  • Today at a glance: bookings today, unread conversations, and everything waiting on a decision, newest first
  • Every row opens the thing itself

InCommand: bookings

  • Confirm or decline a booking request in two taps
  • Move a booking: checks the new slot is free, updates the calendar and tells the client the new time automatically
  • Close a day: nothing new can be booked, existing appointments stay
  • Reopen a closed day at any time
