• Form builder inside the Contact block: text, email, phone, number, date, time (AM/PM), URL, address, dropdown, multi-select, checkbox and long-text fields
• Required fields, minimum, maximum and step
• Field widths per device, so a form lays out in columns on desktop and stacks on a phone
• Multi-step forms with step titles
• Success message or redirect after sending
• Link from the form into Smart Chat
• Every submission stored in an Inquiries inbox, read and unread
