  • The class timetable
    • Your week of classes on the pageThe timetable shows the coming days with the time, the class and who is teaching it. It fills itself from your recurring classes.
    • Places left shown on every classEach class says how many spots remain, so a student knows before they tap whether there is room.
    • A full class stops taking bookingsCapacity is checked as the booking is made. A class at its limit is refused, so you never find two people in one place.
    • Students book a class from the timetableThey pick the class, give a name, email and number, and the place is held. No phone call and nothing written down.
    • A register for every classEach class carries its list of who is coming, with their contact details, ready before you walk in.
    • Marking who turned upYou check students in off the register. Attendance and no shows stay on the record for the term.
