YOUR OWN ADDRESS

A real website on your own domain

This is the wall almost everyone hits. The site is free until you want your own address on it, and then it is a paid plan. Here the domain is simply yours, and a designer builds the site on it, from $100.
WHAT TO KNOW

The parts that matter and the ones that quietly cost you

Your address, not theirs
yourbusiness.com, not yourbusiness.someplatform.com. Customers notice the difference.
Not behind a plan
A custom domain is the commonest thing free builders gate. It is not gated here.
A certificate included
HTTPS on your own domain from the first day, with nothing to configure.
No badge on your pages
Free tiers advertise themselves on your site. A small credit is not the same thing.
Search value accrues to you
Ranking built on a shared subdomain belongs to the platform. On your domain it is yours.
You can always leave
Your address, your content, your customers. Nothing holds them.
HOW IT WORKS

Three steps, built for you

Tell us your domain
One you already own, or one you want. Either works.
We design and build the site
Built and pointed at your domain, with a certificate, before you see it.
You commit to it
The finished site sits on your own address, not ours.
QUESTIONS

Before you ask

On most, no. The free tier puts you on their subdomain and a custom domain is the first paid upgrade. That is the single most common reason people move off a free builder.
You do. It is registered in your name and stays yours. If you ever leave, the address goes with you, which is the whole point of having your own.
Your site is created by top Instinctor designers (Instinctor is a design awards nominee) for a one-time fee from $100, or from $200 for an online store or restaurant. We text you the design quote and the monthly cost before you commit to anything. No setup fee, no per-booking fees, no cut of your payments.
It is $35 a month and it is optional. It covers the ongoing work of being found: position checks, content that answers what people are actually searching for, and the profile and technical work behind it. Every action is performed by hand, not by a tool. Two of the sites we manage reached the first page of Google within a few months.
Yes. You see the completed website, built with your own content and your own photographs, before anything is published. Nothing goes live until you have looked at it and said so.
