FOR ANY AUTOMOTIVE BUSINESS

ONE PLATFORM FOR THE WHOLE AUTOMOTIVE TRADE

Designed for you, $199 with Managed, or $499 on its own · No per-job cuts
Repair, sales, detailing, tires, body, EV: Ingine is the website and the software behind any automotive business, built by hand around how yours runs. Estimates, inventory, trade-ins, financing, scheduling, payments and 24/7 chat, in one place.
ONE SYSTEM, NOT SIX TOOLS

YOUR WHOLE FRONT DESK, ONLINE

Today most shops pay for a website, a booking tool, a shop-management system and a marketing service, each with its own bill and its own login. Ingine brings it into one system we build for you, where your website, estimate requests, scheduling, approvals, invoices and chat all work together.
It does what Shopmonkey, Tekmetric and the marketing agencies do, without the $300-a-month bills, the annual lock-in, or a cut of your card payments, and we design the whole thing for you, $199 with Managed, or $499 on its own.
No separate shop software, no booking add-on, no invoicing subscription. Everything below is built into the site for one build price, a $199 with Managed, or $499 on its own, then $29.90 a month for the license and $14.90 for hosting. Tap or hover any line to read what it does on a working day.
  • Estimates and approval
    • Estimate requests straight from the pageSomebody describes what the car is doing and it reaches you as a request, with their name and number already on it.
    • Photos of the problem sent with the requestThe customer attaches pictures of the damage or the warning light, so you know what you are looking at before they arrive.
    • Parts and labour on separate linesEach part, each hour of labour and the shop supplies sit on their own line with quantities, so the customer sees where the number came from.
    • The customer approves or declines from a linkThey answer the estimate from their phone. You know whether to order the part without ringing them twice.
    • A record of who approved the workThe estimate stores when it was sent, when it was opened and the name it was approved under, before anyone touches the car.
    • An approved estimate becomes the invoiceThe same figures carry through to the bill once the job is accepted. Nobody retypes the work a second time.
  • The vehicle and its history
    • Year, make, model and plate on every jobThe vehicle is recorded with the estimate, so the paperwork says which car it was and not just which customer.
    • A VIN typed once fills in the vehicleEnter the VIN and the year, make, model, trim and engine come back filled in. You correct anything that looks wrong.
    • A record for every customerEach customer has a page of their own, with their contact details and everything the shop has done for them.
    • Past jobs and what they paid, on one timelineAppointments and orders sit together newest first, so a return visit starts with what was done last time.
    • Photographs kept against the customerPictures from a previous visit stay on that record, so the state of the brakes in March is there when the car comes back.
  • Booking the car in
    • Booking against your real availabilityCustomers pick from the slots you actually have open. It lands in your schedule without anyone writing it down.
    • A deposit taken to hold the slotYou set an amount the customer pays when booking, so the bay is held for a job somebody has committed to.
    • Each job type with its own lengthAn oil change and a clutch are booked as different amounts of time, so the day is not planned around one average job.
    • Opening hours, holidays and closuresYour normal week is set once. Days off override it, so nobody books a Sunday the shop is shut.
    • Text reminders before the appointmentA message goes out ahead of the booking, so fewer cars fail to turn up and the bay is not standing empty.
    • Customers reschedule or cancel themselvesThey move the booking from a link, the slot reopens, and a deposit cancelled inside your window comes back automatically.
  • Getting paid
    • Card payment on your own siteCustomers pay by card on your pages. The money goes to your account and the payment is tied to the job it was for.
    • Invoices with a payment linkYou issue the invoice, the customer gets a link, and the site records when it has been paid.
    • Invoices that print or save as a documentThe same invoice comes out as a clean page for a customer who wants paper, or a fleet manager who wants it on file.
    • Refunds handled from the orderYou refund part of a job or all of it from the order itself, and the record shows what went back.
    • Discount codesYou set a code for a promotion or a regular customer, with rules for what it applies to and how often it can be used.
  • Customers reaching you
    • Smart Chat answering at any hourA chat on your site answers the usual questions in the evening and at weekends, when people look up a garage.
    • A phone number asked for firstThe chat takes a number before anything else, so a breakdown at eleven at night is still a job you can ring back about.
    • Text messages from your own shop numberTexts to customers come from your business number, and their replies come back into the same thread.
    • WhatsApp where a text will not reachThe same conversation runs over WhatsApp for customers who use it, so your message still arrives.
    • You take over the conversationWhen a question needs you, you pick up the same chat. The customer does not start from the beginning.
    • Job status told to the customer by textReceived, in progress, ready, completed. They are told as the car moves, so they stop ringing to ask if it is done.
  • Running the shop
    • Review requests once the car is collectedA short message goes out after the job is closed, asking for a review while the customer is still pleased with it.
    • Reviews on the pageThe reviews you approve appear on the site, where somebody deciding which garage to call will read them.
    • Your hours and the way to the shopOpening hours come from the same settings the booking uses, next to a map with directions to the door.
    • Your technicians with names and facesPhotographs and short profiles of the people working on the car, taken from your staff list as it changes.
    • You change your own prices, text and photosLabour rates, hours and pictures are yours to edit from the site itself. You do not wait on anyone to change a number.
    • Titles, descriptions and structure for searchEvery page ships with its title, description and heading structure written for search. Ongoing SEO work is a separate service.
    • Hosting, $14.90 a monthThe site is hosted and kept running for $14.90 a month, with no server for you to keep an eye on.
    • Built to be used on a phoneMost people look for a business on a phone, so every page, the booking and the checkout are laid out for that screen first.
WHY SWITCH

KEEP YOUR PROFIT AND YOUR CUSTOMERS

Shop software runs $200-$500/mo once you add the modules you actually use. Marketing platforms charge agency prices just for the website, and some lock you into a year or take a cut of your card payments. Ingine is one platform, we build it for you, and every customer is yours.

AUTO REPAIR AND TIRE SHOP WEBSITES

THE WEBSITE BRINGS THE CAR IN

The site is built to rank for repair and tire searches near your shop. A driver requests a quote with the year, make and model and what is wrong, books a slot, and approves the estimate by text. A tire shop site takes requests for seasonal changeovers, new sets and service work the same way.
MECHANIC SOFTWARE AND AUTO SHOP SOFTWARE

STARTS WITH THE WEBSITE

Most mechanic software and auto shop software runs the back office and leaves the customer-facing website to you. Ingine starts with the website that wins the job, then runs the estimates, digital inspections, approvals, invoicing and chat behind it.
INCOMMAND, INCLUDED WITH EVERY SITE

RUN THE BUSINESS FROM YOUR PHONE

Every estimate request, chat and price sits in one panel you open on your phone. Approve a quote between jobs, answer a customer on the move, change what something costs without going back to a desk. It is the same account as the desktop dashboard, not a cut-down companion. It is included with your website, and there is nothing to buy.
The day, the requests, the chats and the settings, in the one panel you carry.
YOUR SIDE OF THE BAY

THE DESK RUNS ITSELF

Every request becomes a priced estimate with inspection photos, the customer approves it from their phone, and the job walks the board from received to ready with a text at each step.
Every estimate priced and staged, one text from approved.
Inspection photos ride the estimate, so the customer sees the problem before approving.
