MEET INSTAGENT

WRITES YOUR PAGES AND ANSWERS YOUR CUSTOMERS

Instagent is built into Instinctor. It writes whole sections and pages from a short brief, answers your questions while you build, and runs a store-aware chat that books and sells for your visitors.
ONE SYSTEM, NOT THREE TOOLS
Normally this takes three things: a copywriter to fill the page, a help desk to learn the tool, and a chatbot vendor for the front desk. Each is a separate cost and a separate login.
Instagent is all three, built in. It drafts the page, teaches you the editor, and answers your customers, from one system that already knows your business.
Section and page builder
Describe a section and Instagent writes it in your voice, ready to drop in.
It builds the page for you
Give Instagent a short brief and it drafts a whole section or page, written in your voice, that you can edit and keep. No blank canvas.
In-editor help
Ask how to do anything while you build; it answers from the docs.
It helps while you build
Stuck on a setting or a block? Ask Instagent in the editor and it answers from the Instinctor knowledge base, so you never leave to search.
Smart chat
A store-aware agent that answers, books and sells for your visitors.
It works your front desk
On your live site, Instagent answers visitor questions in your voice, from your services, prices and hours, and never invents a fact.
Checks live data
Real open slots, live stock, price and availability, never a guess.
It sees what is actually true
The chat checks your real calendar and inventory before it answers, so it never promises a slot that is taken or a product that is gone.
Books and takes orders
Creates bookings and builds orders with a one-time checkout link.
It books and sells while you sleep
A visitor picks a time and Instagent books it, or builds an order and hands over a one-time checkout link, so a 2am question becomes a booking or a paid order.
One inbox, hands off to you
Chat, SMS and WhatsApp in one place; escalates when it should.
It knows when to get you
Website chat, SMS and WhatsApp land in one inbox, and on anything out of scope Instagent reaches you with the whole conversation, so nothing slips.
