The class timetable
- Your week of classes on the pageThe timetable shows the coming days with the time, the class and who is teaching it. It fills itself from your recurring classes.
- Places left shown on every classEach class says how many spots remain, so a student knows before they tap whether there is room.
- A full class stops taking bookingsCapacity is checked as the booking is made. A class at its limit is refused, so you never find two people in one place.
- Students book a class from the timetableThey pick the class, give a name, email and number, and the place is held. No phone call and nothing written down.
- A register for every classEach class carries its list of who is coming, with their contact details, ready before you walk in.
- Marking who turned upYou check students in off the register. Attendance and no shows stay on the record for the term.
Lessons one to one
- Booking against your real availabilityStudents pick from times you actually have open. The lesson lands in your schedule without anyone writing it down.
- Lessons booked with a named instructorA student chooses the teacher they want and sees only that person's free times.

Payment, packages and refunds
- Card payment on your own pagesStudents pay by card on the site. The money reaches your account and the payment is tied to the lesson.
- Lesson packs bought up frontTen lessons sell as one purchase. Each booking takes one credit off the pack, and the balance is there to see.
- Plans that bill every monthStudents join a plan and the payment repeats on its own. Their classes are booked against the plan, not paid for one at a time.
- A deposit taken to hold the slotYou set an amount paid at the booking. A lesson held by money is a lesson somebody turns up for.
- Deposits returned inside your notice windowYou set how much warning you need. Cancel in good time and the deposit comes back on its own. Leave it late and it does not.
- Refunds from the booking itselfYou refund part of a payment or all of it, and the record shows what went back and when.
